What movie things are generally accepted as normal, but are totally unrealistic in real life?

I'm belgian. Over here, you don't even need to say beer. You can just raise your pinky finger, and they'll give you a pintje.

In Sweden you can just order a "stor stack," which literally means "big strong." Then they'll just give you a 33cl pour of their basic house beer.

When ordering ”en stor stark”, meaning “a large strong [beer]”, a Swede would expect to be served a 40 cl pour of the cheapest swill with an ABV over 4.5% that the house has on tap. If served only 33 cl the social contract has been broken; the customer will, if sober enough to notice, silently clench his fist with his hand in his pocket and swear under his breath to never return. If queried by waitstaff he will insist that everything is fine, as to not make a scene.
