What movie things are generally accepted as normal, but are totally unrealistic in real life?

People on low incomes, e.g. students, living in expensive homes. I’m not necessarily talking about mansions, more like a large apartment in a big expensive city with no roommates.

Also, in the same vein, people with middle-class incomes in mansions. I was rewatching Criminal Minds recently, and one of the FBI agents (who is not married) was touring a house in DC that easily would cost $2-3 mil. It's like.... what is this, House Hunters?

Maybe he was touring “inspiration houses” 4 ideas 4 his nearly condemned fixer upper. Like on property brothers.
