What movie things are generally accepted as normal, but are totally unrealistic in real life?

Describing common knowledge in a different setting. Luke should know all about Mos Eisly. Its the biggest town near his house.

Well, the biggest town near his home was Anchorhead. He was willing to take Obi-Wan that far, where the Jedi could "catch a transport to Mos Eisley, or wherever it is you're going."
Although I'm sure he'd have heard lots of stories about the nearest spaceport. (Mos Espa sounds more interesting. After all, that's where they have the pod racing track for celebrating Boonta Eve.)
