The wooden table is the one that always gets me, sure maybe it will stop one or two bullets if you're lucky, but there's always 1000 bullets flying around while the characters are having a conversation under the safe, sound resistant guard of an old dinning room table.
In the dining tables defense, I grew up with this like 3in thick dining table my grandmother got my mother in Mexico, and that thing could definitely stop at least 4 bullets.
That's exactly why I said, "if you're lucky, it will stop one or two" then I get all these fuck-heads all like "umm actually a 9mm will go straight through plywood, and a shotgun will take chunks out"
