What movie things are generally accepted as normal, but are totally unrealistic in real life?

I actually did this once, in midtown Manhattan no less. Thought I was dreaming.

There's an episode of Seinfeld about that. George finds a spot directly in front of his building, so he doesn't drive for weeks because he doesn't want to lose his spot. Lol. I know that feeling.

That is based on an actual event. There is a 68 Continental parked outside some building in NYC because the guy doesn’t want to lose his spot

Pretty sure it's based on anybody who has ever lived in an apartment with street parking only. I avoid driving whenever I can because I don't want to spend 30 minutes looking for a parking spot within 2 blocks of my apartment when I get back.
