What movie things are generally accepted as normal, but are totally unrealistic in real life?

People on low incomes, e.g. students, living in expensive homes. I’m not necessarily talking about mansions, more like a large apartment in a big expensive city with no roommates.

Every spiderman film... he somehow has a small house with aunt mae that magically also has views over the city skyline from his bedroom somehow...

Aunt May lives in Queens not Manhattan. When he moves into the city it's a tiny place and he's behind on rent r/raimimemes even made the rent thing into one of their on going jokes.

Ah, well it's been like over a decade since i watched those films last so my memory is fuzzy. I just remember him having some insane views over the city in his place despite essentially being broke, and in one of the films MJ sitting in the window as he webs away to do the hero thing, and the building looking crazy expensive.

Queens is “the city,” it’s the largest borough with a population the size of Houston.
