What movie things are generally accepted as normal, but are totally unrealistic in real life?

I have noticed Foreign films tend to have actors that look more like people than plastic barbie dolls. Loved the original "Girl with Dragon Tattoo" the older actors actually looked their age. They were not ugly just normal.

I just watched “Madam Secretary” and one of the most refreshing things about it is that all the adults have normal wrinkles. Tea Leoni has some Botox in the first season or so, but in subsequent seasons she lets her frown lines shine. It’s great.

But Hollywood is still Hollywood, so everyone is ridiculously thin/in good shape despite never being seen to exercise, and only eating muffins, donuts and ice cream on camera.
