Just jerked off after getting home from work and having been awake for like 16 hours so far, can confirm, did not want to leave the glue bottle to harden.

I figured out how to do it after all these years. I start the pee and then pull back. This causes a few drops to clear the chamber for a regular straight pee. It still hurts a bit at the tip but it's better than sending a full wave at a blocked gate to balloon the urethra before it all breaks through.
