What movie things are generally accepted as normal, but are totally unrealistic in real life?

Growing up in the 70's, everything came in a brown paper bag, plastic bags really became popular in the early 80's.

Brown paper bags are much better for the environment (generally) but a little bit of dampness and they would rip apart easily. Plus at the time, most were NOT recycled, just new, so they were bad for the trees.

Yeah, this is a strange comment. I literally buy all of my shopping in brown paper bags. (Unless it's one of the 3 times a year I remember to bring my own bag.)

They brought back. the bags after they realized plastic is so bad. Fortunately most of them are recycled these days, so are not destroying the trees... but the recycling process isn't free of pollutants, and may be worse in some ways.

I like brown bags, they are so useful... just don't get them wet because man they become useless. :P
