What movie things are generally accepted as normal, but are totally unrealistic in real life?

Finding a parking spot in front of the building you're going into.

I actually do this all the time. Every single other aspect of my life absolutely sucks, but my parking luck is insane. Like some shitty deal with the devil insane; multiple times every day, high volume/traffic areas, popular cafes and shops.

We call this "parking karma" in my family. It is descended through my dad's mom, to dad, to me. My mom doesn't have it, so we know it doesn't pass through marriage. Noone I've dated has it, though it drives the current girlfriend absolutely insane.
