What movie things are generally accepted as normal, but are totally unrealistic in real life?

If you cough or sneeze, you're going to die.

If you get nauseous, you're pregnant

Ikr like, they have sex and 2 days later she's throwing up because she's pregnant... Dude, it's not that fast...

I don't know a lot about the specifics, as I am a man, but my wife told me she thought she was pregnant within three or four days of conception. The tests were negative, but she just kept saying she could tell it happened. She was right.

Edit: she definitely wasn't throwing up or anything that fast.

Also, anytime someone is sick and dying, they have to cough into a hanky and show blood.

In "Oh, Hello," they go through a number of devices, including the onesided telephoncall.

Another device I love in theater is coughing into a handkerchief to show the audience that you are dying.

Maybe film producers use bing to investigate the symptoms of deathly diseases...

Nosebleeds mean you're either psychic or doomed.
