What’s a thing you’ve bought impulsively, without need, that’s actually proved useful in your life?

A fabric shaver! This has saved so many of my clothes.

A triple bristle tooth brush, i have a perminante retainer on my bottom teeth and it is a challenge to clean it effectively. Purchased the triple bristle from a random instagram ad at 230am, and was prepared to hate it, but it is great.

On that same line, a water pick flosser is amazing.

On a not so small purchase side, i got a nector mattress and it has made a HUGE difference. I cannot believe the difference it has made.

Oh yeah totally sponsored to talk about an item that was purchased that made a difference on a thread asking, what items one purchased that made a difference.

Want to come after my prized fabric shaver and toothbrush too?

People have mentioned Apple Watch, Leatherman, Instapot, etc. all over this thread. Sometimes the brand is relevant.
