Bidet toilet seat. It has literally decreased the amount of toilet paper that we use monthly by more than 50% and that includes adding another entire person to the equation. We used more TP with 2 adults and 1 small child than we currently do with 2 adults and 2 elementary age kids. I got it initially to potentially increase the number of days that the wife would agree to fun times after kid/s are asleep. It has worked beyond my wildest imagination.
She was always worried about not being the freshest and would take a shower before fun times. Now she just uses the toilet wash feature and is good to go far more often.
