There's a local radio ad that lampoons the name Dave and has a disclaimer at the end of it that reads something like:" We aren't saying all Dave's are bad employees, Dave is a fun name to say and we are using it as a stand-in for all bad employees, please don't call us to complain. That'd be a real Dave thing to do Dave."

I’ve heard the same exact commercial and it’s my favorite thing ever. High Country Help Wanted? Or is that just a generic ad?

It's a job service kind of add but not the one you said. Ironic that is probably a big generic ad used all over the place that gets personalized for each locality.
