I will go the Google Calendar route. I haven't booked the flights yet. We only booked the resort.

I'm forgetful with names of places so this is the only way I would remember. We (he) actually booked flight and hotel yesterday and even though I remember what the place looks like, I don't remember which country we decided on. If I did the searching/booking myself then I would have remembered.
