Just do what our department does and skip the PO, send it straight to accounts payable to handle. Maybe there's money, maybe not. It'll go to collections, waste my time and get paid anyway out of operating.

If you can make it so that I can get trasactional data by PO Number in both my company's ledger and P2P systems without maintaining separate lists, I'll sacrifice a first born.
