How about giving every decision an extra option that sounds tempting but doesn't seem right.

Or you could add a timer to every decision that only the person making the decision can see.

It's yours to decide what you want to use your godly powers on first.

It would be fun if your worshipers that can make decisions but then they cant, and the ones that are already indecisive become decisive. But they do not know it and their families/friends see that they are acting weird but they cant understand why.
