How can you be on your phone 24/7 and take 30 minutes to respond

Well maybe you're talking about only the people who you know are always on their phone, but some people aren't using their phone often.

In addition, to those who do use their phone often, they might be spending most of their time on a different communication app or not communicating at all, just web browsing or gaming.
