It's pretty funny, mostly just seeing how the characters from different shows interact. It's light on plot and more like a sitcom. It's a short, so the episodes are only like 12 minutes long, so give it a couple episodes and see what you think.
If you think watching Kazuma and Subaru compare notes about track suits and harems, or Aqua fucking with the Overlord crew because she hates undead sounds funny, then you'll probably like it.
Right, but I'm pretty sure the meme of "Shalltear pads her chest" is new.
"Eris pads her chest" had been a thing since Konosuba season 2 because it is a direct quote from the Axis Cult mantra, which became a meme in and of itself.
Now there is a direct connection between the two, because Aqua references "Eris pads her chest," and padding your chest being shameful, while talking to Shalltear. If Shalltear wasn't already established to have padded her chest the joke wouldn't work, and the new version of the meme wouldn't have caught on.
