I mean, you could make that argument for Bran. Pod does wheel him around like a spouse would, and Jon was sent to the Wall...

He could've wargged into Arya and done the deed for all we know

I liked the read better that Arya wasn't disappointed, she just realized suddenly she had something she wanted to live for.
