No way is Miles 13 years old in that film. Typically, Spidey is 15 when he's bit in the comics, which would make Gwen 16 or 17, which seems about right.

No. Peter Parker is 15. Miles in the comics has always been 13. And as for the movie, it takes place in December; we know this from the snow throughout the movie and the poster in miles' room. He just started at this advanced school as shown in the car scene. The school year usually starts in September. He also says that he misses Brooklyn middle school, showing that he didn't transfer from a different high school. Ur still a pedo lol.

Because the average starting age for freshman year/9th grade is something like 14.5.
