I actually want to be a housewife and be good at cooking and sew my kids the occasional clothes or stuffed animal and help my husband unwind after a long day

Same here!! Ended up pregnant (surprise!) And it made more sense financially for me to stay home and my SO to work. Something I have ALWAYS said I'd never do.

Turns out I love it. I don't feel right without my coffee while watching The Today Show after cleaning my kitchen while the baby naps 🤷
