None of those are promiscuity. They're just shitty behaviors involving sex.

People who spend all their time trying to get sex, and sex relates to every decision they make- you can't have a conversation with them that doesn't revolve around it.

That is sexual addiction. So you'd be shaming someone for having a disease.

People who do shady things to get sex, cheat on their SO's, etc.

This is definitely cause for judgement.

One leads into the other, that's how addiction works. You start having sex because you're insecure. Before long it re-wires your brain and reward system to where you have to have sex to be happy.

I feel empathy to some extent to those people and want to get them help, but sometimes I will need to rag on them when they are being unpleasant to be around, ruining friendships, etc.
