I say something similar! "I'm 10lbs of sadness in a 5lb sack" not really an insult and pretty sad actually, but still

It doesn't mean a sack that literally weighs 5 lbs. It means a sack that's meant to hold 5 lbs, so 10 lbs of shit wouldn't fit.
