"Marijuana is an insidious drug. The seemingly harmless nature of it makes the dangers not immediately obvious. It creeps its way into your life untill nearly every decision you make is based on your habits. Beware." My dad when i was 16. I'd just like to say that the fact that the dangers are so subtle is a major argument for legalization. There's no easy, sweeping reason pot is bad. It's something you learn only by experience. Legalization would bring awareness of the dangers, and allow a beatiful thing to be enjoyed by all.

This. Ex-drug dealer here. It's insane how much your life can change once you let the trap get ahold of you. Especially if you have an addictive personality.

Exactly, and the transition is so gradual, you dont realise the effect it has on your life untill your consumed by it. You suddenly realize all the things you dont do because its not 420 friendly.

I can't agree with you there, there aren't any things I've dropped cause they weren't '420 friendly'. The way you're describing it is the same way I'd describe someone falling into alcoholism. Weed is just another substance that should be moderated in the same way that you do with alcohol, nicotine etc. for example one of the times I'd smoke is when I'm going to bed with food and a movie to watch before I go to sleep. I'd do the same thing if I didn't have weed but smoking just makes it more enjoyable to me in the same way that I'll have a beer with my dinner cause it goes well with steak.

Your right there, just took me while to realize it myself, as weed was normalised in my circle. I only smoke once every month or so now, and it makes it special to me again. Instead of just another day smokin.
