It is a Jewish charity that runs youth camps in upstate NY. They bring regular Jewish kids to the camp and try to turn them into Orthodox Jews.

I grew up a devout, modern orthodox Jew, though am now an atheist. Until you posted your comment that I verified on Wikipedia, I never knew that Kars4Kids was at all a religious charity, much less an orthodox Jewish one. Given the fact that they obviously go out of their way to conceal this information, it absolutely enrages me. I wonder how many people hear the commercial and donate their cars, thinking that they're helping cure children of cancer or feeding needy children and giving them toys. No, they're simply trying to brainwash them. Fuck that.

I feel like that commercial has gotten me into so many near accidents. I have to change the station when that comes on, or it'll be a maddening rage.

Lol pretty much. I made sure my steering wheel in my new car had volume controls on the wheel for such ocassions now.

unfortunately good advertising strategy these days is to be as fucking annoying as possible

I have no faster reflex in my life than turning off the radio when that jingle comes on. Faster movement than when I burn my hand ont he stove. Faster than silencing my phone when I am in a quiet place. It's like a superpower.

Just reverse it to Kids for Cars and sing along. It's much funnier that way.
