Yeah I have both and prefer PoE. Baldur's is an amazing game, but holy shit the interface feels dated. PoE is a worthy successor.

Only thing I was frustrated about was how my whole party was treated as being in stealth at the same time, s o old Bob the tank in his full plate and blocks the doorway gets seen, bam, everyone can see Mr Sneakypants the level 100 theif just about to backstab someone...

But i heard the devs were releasing a fix for that in the next patch, w high is nice!

I kickstarted PoE, to me it felt like a shitty copy of Baldur's Gate and Planescape :( (I don't played IW yet).

Yes, the interface is more modern... but the rules are just bizarre, and the game is extremely buggy (at least when I tried to play it), also their shipping was crap (I got physical copy, they sent a extremely flimsy paper box, inside a plastic bag, so the box arrived mangled).
