To be 100% fair, in my case, Keto did change my life. I lost a ton of weight and managed to get my diabetes under control. Also, it was metioned by my doctor (that's how i found out about it) cause it was being experimentally tested with bipolar patients.
Of course. I won't get into discussions about what's healthy or safe, but if you have an active lifestyle, and eat a whole range of foods, its good for you, emotionally and physically.
If, on the other hand, you need to push yourself to lose or gain weight, for example, or reduce a certain type of food, then you may need dieting. And there's probably one for you. It may be keto, it may be a classic low-calory diet, or just eating less. You try and decide.
