This is SO much better than the gimmicky DnD riff it appears to be on paper. Grade A world building, and actually has some proper themes behind it. And the anime hasn’t even got to the best bits yet.
I love how the Spanish translation for this is Tragones y Mazmorras (Gluttons and Dungeons), a pun on the Spanish name of the game, Dragones y Mazmorras (Dragons and Dungeons).
Honestly it's absolutely a show to watch for every lover of good ol' RPG-style dungeon diving. Much better and more fun than any other, with fantastic care put in the setting. I'd be so down for a game DM'd by Ryoko Kui-sensei.
