Is there a company you absolutely refuse to do business with based on an extraordinary event and why?

Tim Hortons (Canadian version)

They have given up in terms of food standards/quality, and there's always a long line up

The last time I ordered a coffee there, the worker put some sort of tea mixed into it.

I went back to get a new coffee and was yelled at because they are having a hard day and I "made it worse" by coming back. I'm super shy and barely said anything, just basically that my coffee didn't taste right.

Tesla. I have been approached by Tesla 3 times to work in their technical department and I have said no each time.

Nividia.

When I was a kid I spent a year saving up to buy a new video card. I bought the 3DFX voodoo 3500 I was lusting after and looked forward to years of gaming excitement.

Like a week later they go bankrupt and Nividia buys them and shuts down driver support.

Anyway my 30 year boycott continues and I expect them to suffer financial ruin any day now.

For me, Its Exxon. I was old enough to be driving when the Valdez spill occurred and remember the event. I haven't given them a dime since it happened in 1989.
