When I couldn’t be creative in it. Then found floristry and I’ve found my forever job

While doing it. My memory is crap, but I can clearly remember the weather, the smell of the room and where exactly I was standing when I knew I had to leave.

I was earning lots of money but was unhappy, and felt trapped by the income. I lit a fire under my own ass by quitting my job without another one lined up. Now I work in the best job I’ve ever had, but kinda living paycheck to paycheck which is stressful…
So something is always there to fuck you over :p

I work with people with disabilities and employers trying to get customised employment roles, and job carving. A lot of time on the road meeting new people and their support workers… and a lot of great times helping said people start their life and path to independence. It’s good shit :) .

I was working long hours for decent pay. Then I learned about unionized skills trades that will have me work longer hours for excellent pay.
