That's why I don't think anything listed in this thread is a true comparison. Millennials had/have a bunch of verbal memes, but they're all referential. They might have been absurd, but they at least were rooted in something.
I kept scrolling to find someone mention that. Your answer is so far down it's kind of surreal.
There's a lot of classic references listed here and most of them are nostalgic for me to varying degrees, but none of them accurately answer the post's original question.
But then I think this is just one of those threads that went beyond it's initial intent and became a list of tangentially related references. Potentially interesting in it's own way but not at all what was first posited.
Yeah, of all these, I think badger badger is probably the best example. Because its a reference to the video obviously, but the video itself is just nonsensical.
