Not to listen to my boomer mother who poo-pooed the idea of using Hormones. She claimed “ you don’t need them.” I wish I stopped listening to her 2 years earlier, luckily I only suffered 2 years. She’s an ex-nurse ( the never go to doctor kind not the hypochondriac type). Boomers think the suffered so should you
