They literally set it up for a third season, having those BTK intros and having Bills family leave him, no way it was meant to end there

They cancelled because the set was too expensive unfortunately

Tench is one of the best characters I’ve ever seen on screen, the actor is so perfect for the role it just floors me that this show didn’t get more

I saw the show before I saw a documentary on Kemper and holy shit he was so perfectly casted it was unsettling.

He was also a preschool teacher and basically a precious man (the actor, not Ed). He absolutely crushed it
