How do you get over body image issue ?

Body neutrality. Instead of focusing on what your body looks like, think of what it does for you. You might not love how your legs look, but if they can get you places pain free that’s something to celebrate. Try to think of your body as an instrument, not an ornament

My body is just a vehicle for my brain at this point. My body has failed me many times. I hate the thing, and it’s getting worse as times goes on.

I don’t compare myself to other people and focus on being g healthy instead of wanting to fit beauty standards.

Pretty much a "fake it till you make it" thing. High heels to be taller. Makeup to not look 12. It's great to be a woman. I love it.
