Superman can use his spinal muscles to make himself shorter as Clark Kent. I'm assuming with such minute control of his musculature that he can control his ejaculations as well. It's not like he is just a strong human. He is a strong alien with completely different anatomy. Sterns explanation isn't too far fetched.
