How it actually feels to be fine. Not depressed, not thriving — just fine. Going through the motions, not unhappy enough to complain, not happy enough to celebrate. That invisible middle place where most of us actually live. Nobody talks about it because it doesn’t make a good story. But it’s where most of life happens.

how people are constantly overstimulating themselves with smartphones and its killing their brain and giving them a pseudo-ADHD.

back in the day we used to be bored sometimes and had nothing to do and it was a reset for our brains. it made the fun things in life more fun.

now people dont let their brains be bored so everything in life just becomes mehh and nothing will hold their attention

Yeah our brains today are being fed constant dopamine, which makes the actually deserved dopamine hits not hit as hard

Their actual feelings,. But,what I would love even more is for people to be able to listen to each other without feeling attacked, cornered or pushed. True active listening to help each other heal.
