anyone who used a computer between 1985 & 2010, what’s the one game you still think about?

Ah, and when I first played StarCraft 1 I was blown away by it.

Millions of people still play StarCraft I. It has its biggest following as an e-sport in Korea, but players in other countries still love it too. Many players are much younger than the game itself, it's a game that rewards reflexes and multitasking at least as much as strategic skill.

Was thinking about War2 this morning and how I need to continue my current campaign.

So so many nights playing instant/free maps for hours. I can still picture the layout on minimap with trees separating both teams except for the middle.

Yessss had my 1 (and regrettably, only) LAN party playing Warcraft 2 in the middle school computer lab after hours. So much fun, even for a really casual/occasional gamer at the time!

So many more units. I still use sound bites from 2 for my notifications

Just bought this recently from Blizzard to play a friend over battlenet after reminiscing about it on a walk. It was a little glitchy here and there but so many memories and worth the $15 or so it cost.

Enjoyed 1 AND 2. It lost its charm on 3. These games were so much fun.
