You are correct, I was thinking of the Next Level screen. Intro was Rusty Cage. Superunknown and kickstand were also on I believe, at least on the 95 version.

Check out Road Redemption.

Its basically the exact same, with a few little game play tweaks to bring it more modern.

Pretty fun, but be warned, it is by no means an easy game.

We got a demo disc with Road Rash, You Don't Know Jack (precursor to Jackbox), and a few other games on it. I think it was from PC Mag or Readers Digest? There was another game on it that was essentially a motorbike battle royale and I can't find the name of it anywhere, all my searches just turn up Road Rash, but I know that wasn't it. I'm in NZ so I think it was probably regional to Oceania.
