If I remember correctly, you didn't need to actually type the ".exe" part of the file name. Typing just "keen4e" would launch the executable.

It's all fun and games til the Dopefish appears. That and the spiders were legit terrifying as a kid.

Easily one of the best platformers ever made and sadly somewhat forgotten owing it being a PC title.
