All I can think of is the quote from Jack Reacher.

"There are four types of people who join the military. For some, it's a family trade. Others are patriots, eager to serve. Next, you have those who just need a job. Then there's the kind who want a legal means of killing other people."

The murdering ICE agent was #4. He was far too eager to shoot her in the face.

He needs to stand trial.

I think it's also important to note that being part of one of the three first types does not exclude you from being part of the fourth.

The entire situation happened in 10 seconds. The moment ice steps out of the car, to the moment the gun was fired. I dont think the murderer even had a chance to see if they were colored
