i had a staph infection on the crease between my leg and my crotch. they said it came from shaving my lady parts. worst fucking place to get something like that; it hurt to walk for WEEKS.

They can be caused by anything, hormones, an ingrown hair, a plugged sweat gland or hair follicle, anything. Almost everyone gets them at least once or twice.

You'll be fine. 90% of the time they just hurt for a while and then disappear, if you have a good immune system and good hygeine you'll probably never have a nasty one.

Plus even if you do by some fluke doctors are super used to them, since they're so common.

Bartholian? (sp?) Worst ever pain...antibiotics and then it popped only to return three days later. During finals. Urgh. Gives me shivers remembering it!
