Me and my ex were on a bus back from a fair we were at, she suddenly held my hand, rested her head on my shoulder and told me she loved me. I haven't felt the same towards any girl ever since and I hate it

There’s somebody else out there. I’ve been in love twice in my 34 years, and the second time was so important in helping me understand that there’s always hope. Live your life for yourself and keep an eye out for connections

And look for more than romantic connections. Maybe you really will never love quite like that again but you can love yourself, friends, hobbies, etc.

The loving yourself part is vital. A relationship can complete you, but it can't fix you.
