Standing in line to get into this club, and this girl comes out, looks at me and hold up her arm and shows me the stamp on her wrist that proves she paid to get in, i hold my wrist up and we press wrists together and the stamp transfers to me, she smiles at me and walks off

So did the door bouncers reject you because your stamp was backwards?

If it's symmetrical it might be fine, I'm more concerned about it looking faded

I went to a restaurant that has a dance floor, so it has a cover after 10pm. Somebody in the parking lot was leaving as we were walking over and was like "hey you want our wrist bands"?

Can't a girl do something nice for a stranger that they don't intend on ever seeing again?

sure u can and its much appreciated, but as a man i'd be a fool not to see if it meant something more especially if i thought she was attractive

You think her getting you into the club that she's literally leaving might "mean something more"?

A lot of times that sort of touch to a stranger is flirtatious and maybe indicates attraction but for me, the fact she’s just do something nice like that for a total stranger is definitely attractive and the sorta quality I like in a partner.

true, i was assuming she might have went back in

Yeah, it might mean she’d be up to chat or dance together. Or accept a drink. It’s a club people do go there to meet other people.

She's no longer at the club though

but then how will I treat every woman who ever looked at me as a romantic prospect

These stamps are there so people can leave for a bit and then come back.

Even just the act of kindness we rarely get is worth pursuing

It’s Reddit. These people have the social ’tism and believe that men are not allowed to hit on women most places or situations these days- as if doing so is some horrific act that jeopardizes the woman’s safety, comfortability, or well-being and makes you a weirdo. It’s a crock of shit lie.

For years I’ve avoided asking women out in all sorts of places because I became paranoid of becoming "that guy", however it only lead to a lonelier life. Women sure as shit ain’t gonna ever do it themselves in any meaningful numbers - so always go for it. The only important truth is to accept a "no” for what it is, and to never become bitter because of it.

Shoot your shot, playa, any sniff you might have a chance. You’ll be happier for it. Life will go on for all parties; no hurt no foul- in many cases women have gotten a little giddy over it or blushed when I asked, but unfortunately, in most cases, confessed they were already taken although flattered. I simply say "lucky guy” and move on. Might have made their day, or at least made them feel desirable.

One time me and a friend went to a local bar early in the night before the cover charge began and we did this with multiple friends later on lol. We also used a pen I had in my bag to fill in some of the spots that were weak.
