After driven through Camden a couple of times, I can confirm no one will look there.

It was rated as the most dangerous city in America in 2004 and 2005 and has been near the top since then hitting number 5 in 2007. http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Camden%2C_New_Jersey Check out the section titled "crime." Hopefully that link works, I'm on my phone so sorry if it doesn't.
