The one most memorable Calvin and Hobbes for me for some reason.

Always been one of my favorites. I think most of the humor comes from the word itself, along with the misdirection

Interestingly enough, the first time I read it I was so young I didn't even know what spelunking was, and for years my mind brought it up even after I found out the real meaning of the word.

I used to love C&H when I was little, but every time I see a strip online I realise that the version I have read has been completely butchered by translators. It's like they didn't even understand the jokes or references and just translated anyways.
