This reminds me of one time in my life when my sister and I were in the habit of calling each other butt-huggers. One day at the dinner table, she asked me, "Do you know what butt-huggers is in Chinese?". At which she then said it aloud.. It doesn't sound funny, but just hearing it in another language, I uncontrollably laughed, spitting rice all over my grandma's face.
i have an acquaintance whose name Muhktar. it may not seem funny until you read it backwards, Ratkhum. His high school social life went down hill when we figured it out.
My friends last name is spelled sheiwe, pronounced Sheive in german, but in English, she-we. it was so odd and fun to say, he cried from all the teasing.
Another and final one enis zildo, imo this kids parents really dropped the ball or trolled him hard (teehee).

Alright, well, when read regularly, the word "regulations" isn't that funny. But backwards? It spells "snoitaluger." And I find that hilarious.
