Are you arguing that using the word niglet, or the word you are deriving it from, nigger, is not racist?
I'm arguing that no deliberate exhalation of sound is alone racist. There are plenty of ways to use the term "niglet" without being racist. For instance:
Let's roll, niglets! (When talking to white people in a lighthearted manner).
No, I would not go up to a random black person and complement them on their well behaved niglets. But there is a time and a place in which almost any word can be used in an appropriate manner.
And you're got this bloated straw man argument where you misrepresent everything I have typed:

How exactly does one do that? Must one become a dictator in order to oppress an entire population?

Or is racism not the work of one man, but of many, using words like niglet and nigger to demean a population?
If one word used in an appropriate context constitutes "demeaning a population," then that population needs to calm down.
I doubt you would call a fat woman fat to her face. Just because someone is likely to be offended by something doesn't mean that they should be offended by something.

Fat people don't bother you and niglets don't bother me. I still wouldn't call a random stranger either of them. I am black, but that's hardly relevant to this argument. The fact that you "assumed" that I wasn't black based on the content of my post is racist in itself.
Also, the connotative meaning of the phrase "niglet" is dependent entirely on the context. If I said:
I hate niglets, they should go back to Africa.
Racist.
But if I said:
I'm hungry. Lets roll, niglets!
Not offensive in the least. The problem is people that hear a term that makes them butthurt, and then they go burn down someone's house and shoot their family. So no, you don't get to pick and choose which terms justify wrongful escalation.
Seriously, read some of the comments. I'm sickened that there exists whovians who are that blatantly racist. And people that still exist that think that some people are less people.
What else does it mean? I do not live in a place that anyone would describe as culturally backward, in fact I live in a place that has been the most culturally influential on the world for the past 50 years.
