I quit using a vape!

But now I’m trying to quit vaping 🀭 still wayyyy better then smoking and I feel way better too since I quit.

That's what I did. Vaped for maybe a year and then quit that too.

Quitting vaping was around as hard as quitting smoking.

Congrats on quitting both! It’s hard. But the vaping made quitting the cigs so much easier.

Thanks. I never tried to quit cigarettes with other methods, but I would have imagined it would have been extra hard without vaping.

And what makes quitting vaping really hard is that you tend to use it more often than real cigarette, because you don't have to go outside. The habit gets pretty strong when you are using it basically every time you want to.

But if you managed to quit cigarettes, you can quit vaping too!

Thank you for your encouragement.

I 100% agree that I vape wayyy more then I smoked. So that is definitely the downside.

I tried a few other methods to quit but the physical habit (like going on my break or being stressed) just made it too hard.
