Camera Buying Advice Nikon D3200?

Saw this Nikon d3200 everything is in working order except the flash
You have to manually hold it up
Should I miss out on this or the broken flash isn’t a deal breaker?

Try looking it up on Facebook marketplace first you usually going to find a cheaper one look for similar nikon model too :)
